policiesFor consent purposes, if you're under the age of 18 we ask that you bring a parent with you to your appointment. If you are pregnant or believe that you may be pregnant, please inform our appointment setter while setting up your appointment and inform the front desk receptionist upon your arrival for your appointment.

To respect other patients and for a more relaxing experience, we ask that you please turn off all mobile devices when you enter our center.

Our prices, services and policies are subject to change. Please feel free to call us at (919) 554-6754 if you have a concern that is not covered in this section of our website.
 

Cosmetic Surgery Financial Policy

Please be aware that cosmetic services are not considered “medically necessary” and will not be filed with your insurance company. Insurance will not pay for cosmetic procedures. Payment for services is required at the time of your visit.
 

Appointments

On the day of your appointment, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes to fill out required paperwork. If you have completed the necessary paperwork ahead of time, please bring it with you. Every effort will be made to restore lost time if you happen to be late, if time is allowed; however, previously scheduled appointments will take precedence.
 

Cancellation Notice

We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 48-hour notice. Please extend us this courtesy so that other patients may be seen.
 

Financial Policy

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards, ATM debit cards, and personal checks . A $35 fee will be charged for each returned check. This fee must be received with 5 days of notification of the returned check. Past due accounts will be swiftly submitted to the Wake County District Attorney's Check Restitution Program for collection and legal action.

Prescription Refills

Please call our office at (919) 554-6754 during regular office hours for refills, you will be asked to leave a message with Nurse Triage.
